PRESS INFORMATION
Venue: the conference is held at the Sheraton San Cristobal Hotel. The main conference room is called "Pedro de Valdivia", which is located on the lower level of the hotel.
Languages: the official languages of the conference are English, Spanish and Portuguese. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
Attribution policy: all sessions are on the record.
Badges: After registering at the link on the right, badges will be available at the registration desk. Please note that you will need to wear your badges at all times to enter the main conference room.
Security: due to the presence of high ranking state officials from various countries, all participants including the media will have to go through screening to access the main room.
Press room: a press room that can accommodate up to 40 people will be available for you during the conference days from 7 am to 9 pm. The room is located on the lobby level of the Sheraton. The room is equipped with a photocopier, wifi and monitors with live feed from the main conference room.
